Request a professional

Use this page to start a request. Fairview Audit connects you with a partner firm that reviews costs and contracts. Pick the path that fits your business, gather the items listed, and open the form. Each form takes only a few minutes.

Before you begin

Every path asks for the same basic details: your business name, your name, your email, an optional phone number, the cost categories you are interested in and a short message. The message is the most useful field. Say what you suspect, what you have already noticed and which vendors or leases are involved.

You do not need to collect every document before submitting. The partner firm will tell you what it needs after it contacts you. Having a few items ready now simply makes the first conversation faster.

Path 1: Larger business

Choose this path if your organization has several leases, a range of supplier contracts or multiple cost categories to examine. There is no fixed dividing line, and Fairview matches each request by hand.

Have ready:

  • a list of the leases or contracts you want examined
  • the names of the vendors or landlords involved
  • a rough sense of which cost categories concern you most
  • the name of a colleague who can answer questions about billing

Your request goes to the matched partner firm for larger businesses. To see the kinds of reviews firms handle, read about Lease audit and compliance and Supplier contract compliance.

Path 2: Smaller business

Choose this path if you run a smaller organization and want help with recurring bills, such as telecom, utilities or card processing fees. Firms for smaller businesses often focus on specific spend categories. Whether a firm works on a contingency basis or lets you keep existing vendors is something to raise with the firm directly. Have ready:

  • a recent bill or statement from each vendor you want looked at
  • the name of each vendor and the service it provides
  • any contract or renewal notice you have on hand
  • a note about charges that seem wrong or confusing

Your request goes to the matched partner firm for smaller businesses. The Telecom page shows one common starting point.

Path 3: Not sure or another need

Choose this path if you cannot tell which size category fits, if your need does not match a listed category, or if you want a person to read your request before it is routed. This request goes to Fairview first. Fairview matches it by hand to a partner firm where a suitable one exists.

Have ready:

  • a plain description of the cost or contract you are worried about
  • the type of business you run, in a sentence
  • any deadline, such as a lease renewal or contract end date

You can also read the Services section to see whether a category already matches.

What happens next

After you submit, the matched firm contacts you. You then talk with the firm directly. The engagement, and any fees, are between you and the firm under the firm's own terms. Fairview does not perform the review. The How it works page describes each step in order.

Common questions before you start

Some questions come up often: whether there is a charge to submit, how your information is used and what to do if you pick the wrong path. The FAQ answers these. If you pick the wrong path, the firm or Fairview will redirect your request.

Note: Your details are shared with the matched firm so it can reach you. Read the Privacy policy to see what Fairview collects, why, and how long it is kept.
