Contact

Use this page to reach Fairview Audit. If you want a review of costs or contracts, the request forms are the fastest route. If you have a question about Fairview itself, write to us using the details below.

How to reach us

  • Email: [CONFIRM: contact email]
  • Phone: [CONFIRM: phone]
  • Address: [CONFIRM: address]

We will publish a response time here once it is set. Please do not send sensitive financial records by email in a first message. A partner firm will explain how to share documents after it contacts you.

If you want a review

Do not use the contact details for a review request. Use the Request a professional page. It explains the three request paths and links to each form. A request made through a form reaches a partner firm, or reaches Fairview for hand matching on the not sure path.

Messages sent to the general contact address are not requests and will not start a review. Fairview does not perform reviews itself.

What to include in a message

A short, clear message gets a faster and more useful reply. Include:

  • your name, business name and the best way to reach you
  • what you are asking about, in one or two sentences
  • the page or form you were using, if the question is about the site
  • any deadline that affects your question

Leave out account numbers, passwords and full copies of contracts. If your question is about your privacy, say so and mention which form you submitted, so we can find it.

Questions about the site and your data

If you want to ask how your information is used, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, contact us and mention the Privacy policy. The retention window for form data is 12 months or less.

If you have trouble using any part of the site, tell us. The Accessibility statement explains how to report a barrier.

Enquiries from firms

If you run a firm that reviews costs or contracts and want to join the network, do not write to the general address first. Read the Become a partner page, which explains what Fairview offers a firm and what a firm provides. Then use the application form linked there.

We ask firms to supply the categories they cover, a size range, a territory and a way to receive requests. We publish nothing about a firm without its written approval.

Time zones and hours

Office hours and the time zone we answer in will be listed here. [CONFIRM: office hours]

Before you write

Many questions are answered already. The FAQ covers how requests work, who sets fees and how data is handled. The How it works page walks through every step from the form to the findings.

Press, partners and other enquiries

Fairview does not publish names of firms, so we cannot confirm which firm handles a given request outside of the matching process. If you represent an organization that wants to discuss a cooperation that is not a firm application, write to the general address and say so in the first line. [CONFIRM: who handles press and other enquiries]

What to expect from us

Replies come from Fairview staff, not from a partner firm. If your message concerns a firm you were matched with, tell us which request you mean and when you submitted it.

We read each message. We may not be able to answer questions that depend on a particular firm's terms, or questions that call for tax, accounting or legal advice. For those, a qualified professional is the right contact. We will tell you if your question belongs with a firm instead of with us.

Find out what you are overpaying.

Tell us what you need reviewed. We match you by hand with an independent partner firm. You keep your existing vendors.
