Become a partner
This page is for firms that review costs, contracts or related spend. Fairview Audit connects businesses with partner firms. If your firm fits one or more of the cost categories we cover, you can apply to join the network. Fairview does not perform reviews itself, and it does not compete with firms for the work.
What Fairview offers a firm
Fairview offers a way to receive requests from businesses that have already described what they want looked at. A business picks one of three request paths, fills in a form and states its cost categories. Fairview routes the request to the matched firm, or matches it by hand when the business is not sure. The firm then contacts the business directly.
Fairview does not take part in the engagement. Scope, fees and terms are agreed between the firm and the business under the firm's own terms. Fairview is paid a referral fee by partner firms.
Who we are looking for
We are recruiting firms that review costs and contracts in the categories listed in our Services section. Pages on this site cover cost categories, not individual firms, so a new firm joins an existing category rather than getting a page of its own at the start. Partner firms are independent firms, and each one is asked to confirm that in writing. A firm that works on a contingency basis can say so in its profile, once it approves the wording. Firms that let clients keep their existing vendors can say that too.
What a firm provides
When you apply, expect to supply:
- the cost categories you cover, matched to our category list
- the size range of the businesses you serve, so Fairview can route requests correctly
- the territory you serve
- the channel through which you want to receive requests, such as a monitored email address
- short descriptions of your firm and services, written by you
- the name of a contact person who owns incoming requests
The more exact these details are, the better the matching. A firm that covers only some categories should say so. Over-stating coverage leads to poor matches for the business and for the firm.
Onboarding steps
- Apply. Complete the form at the end of this page.
- Conversation. A member of the Fairview team talks with you about your categories, your size range and your territory.
- Written confirmation. You confirm in writing what Fairview may say about your firm and what it may not.
- Setup. Fairview configures matching and the delivery channel for your requests.
- Go live. Your categories begin to receive requests as pages for them go live. Our How it works page shows the business view of what follows.
What Fairview never publishes without written approval
Fairview publishes nothing about a firm without its written approval. That covers the firm's name, location, contact details, descriptions, claims about results, fees or experience, and any case study. When a case study is approved, it is anonymized by default. Figures appear only as the firm states and approves them. See our Case studies section for the rules and our Partners section for how firm information will be presented.
Until a firm approves its details, this site refers only to partner firms in general terms.
What we ask of firms
We ask firms to respond to matched requests promptly, to be clear with businesses about fees at the first conversation, and to avoid promising results that depend on records the firm has not seen. We also ask firms to tell Fairview when they stop covering a category, so requests are not routed to them in error.
