Fairview Audit connects businesses with finance professionals, mostly in audit.
You tell us what you want looked at. We send your request to a partner firm that fits. The firm then talks with you directly. Fairview does not perform any review itself.
Fairview Audit connects businesses with finance professionals and partner firms that review costs and contracts.
Who Fairview is for
Fairview is for business owners, finance leads and controllers who suspect that some bills or contracts no longer match what was agreed. A lease may carry charges that nobody has checked in years. A supplier may bill in a way the contract does not allow. A review by an outside firm can answer those questions with evidence.
You do not need to know which type of review you need. The request paths below help you start, and the matching step helps with the rest.
Partner firms work with many kinds of organizations, including technology, manufacturing, retail, health care, real estate, transportation and not-for-profit groups. Our Industries section gives general background on the cost areas each sector tends to have.
Three ways to make a request
Pick the path that describes your business. Each path leads to its own short form.
- Larger business: for organizations with leases, supplier contracts and several cost categories to examine. Start the larger business request.
- Smaller business: for smaller organizations that want help with recurring bills and vendor costs. Start the smaller business request.
- Not sure or another need: for anything else, including cases where you are unsure which path fits. Start the other request.
Which path suits you depends on the size of your business. The dividing line is. If you are near it or unsure, use the third path and Fairview will match your request by hand.
You can read more about the form and what to prepare on the Request a professional page.
What you can have reviewed
Partner firms review many cost categories. Our Services section lists each one. A few examples:
- Lease audit and compliance compares what a commercial lease says with what you were billed.
- Supplier contract compliance checks whether negotiated terms are being followed.
- Accounts payable audit looks through your payment history for overpayments, duplicates and unapplied credits.
- Telecom covers carrier invoices, contracts and services you may no longer use.
Pages go live as firms join the network, so some categories may appear later. Check the Services section for the current list.
How it works in three steps
- Submit a request. Choose a path, fill in the form and describe the cost categories you want looked at.
- Get matched. Your request goes to the matched partner firm. On the not sure path, Fairview matches it by hand.
- Talk with the firm. The firm contacts you, asks for documents and explains how it will work. The engagement, and any fees, are between you and the firm under the firm's own terms.
For the full sequence, including how findings are presented and how corrections are handled with a vendor or landlord, see How it works.
